Brew Time: 2:30-2:45

Two Pour Method
- First pour, 40g of hot water with valve closed, allow coffee to bloom for 45 seconds
- Second pour to 170g with valve open
- Once the water reaches coffee bed then close the valve, pour to 240g, open valve at 2:00
